Linda picked up her first paintbrush at 36, a late start for someone who focused on more 'academic' pursuits during her school years. Dance was her initial creative passion; when she wasn’t dancing, she explored the outdoors of coastal Taranaki, experiencing countless childhood adventures that now breathe life into her art. As an adult, it was an art class with Matthew Browne where she unveiled her potential to paint as fluently as she had danced. Today, her creative process effortlessly shifts between landscapes and abstracts, each enriching the other. Instinct and intuition guide her, with images unfolding as she paints.
