Anna Victoria
Spotlighting local architecture and community spaces, Anna invites us to reflect on all the memories and stories these places hold. She illustrates digitally with simplified lines, enhanced symmetry, and soft, complementary tones, resulting in a series of limited-edition prints. Rather unusually, she creates using Microsoft PowerPoint, a common presentation software that has not been developed with artists in mind. You wouldn’t know this at first glance, but behind the scenes her process is more akin to collage, using a simple toolkit of shapes to slowly construct the desired image.
