Nicola Warner
Colour is one of Nicola’s passions. It’s how she fell in love with pastels and the reason she accidentally became an interior designer. She is also inspired by the feeling of being in beautiful places, so it’s no surprise that she paints vibrant colourful landscapes. Nicola works in soft pastel and oil pastel. Nicola’s soft pastel paintings are full of exuberant pastel marks and splashes of colour. Her oil pastel paintings are more stylised, with simplified shapes and print-like black edges. They are bright, saturated and jewel-like, often with big skies and a bit of a breeze.
