I am a photographer and I grow flowers to photograph. From seed to bloom, I am involved in the entire process, arranging the flowers and also photographing them. Each image is a love letter to my garden and a way to celebrate and document these beautiful flowers. A background in fashion, photographing flowers is an extension of that world, both celebrate fleeting beauty. With a macro lens, I uncover the intricate details of each bloom, from the velvety texture of a petal to the soft gradients of color, evoking the opulence of Dutch still life paintings. My imagery layers texture, light, and emotion to create intimate, painterly portraits of nature. Each photograph invites the viewer to linger, capturing the quiet drama of life’s most delicate moments.
